About Don Harder
Don is the Associate Creative Director and head of our design team at Colman, Brohan & Davis. His passion for design in support of business growth is palpable in everything he does – and as a teacher and presenter, is infectious. Don applies his unique POV to inspire internal marketing teams, brand managers, corporate communicators and more. His experience includes bringing a new consumer brand to life for James Hardie, developing creative campaigns and strategies for Whirlpool Corporation and moving Firestone Building Products from a commodity to a building performance leader, just to name a few. Additionally, Don has been tapped by top organizations to work with their teams through dynamic hands-on workshops and other speaking engagements – most notably Microsoft Corporation and Chicago Social Media Week.
