The “Count on Us” campaign for Whirlpool Corporation’s Contract Channel won a Communicator Award of Distinction in the “Business-to-Business Campaign” category.
The campaign uses a numbers theme to reference—among other superlatives—Whirlpool brand’s number 1 position when it comes to appliance sales in the U.S. and its priority commitment to its home builder and distributor customers. Whirlpool Corporation’s Contract Channel is a key supplier to builders for a wide range of appliances across several brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air and Amana. CBD has been AOR for Whirlpool Corporation Contract Channel for four years.
In addition, the agency won a Communicator Award of Distinction in the “Design for Marketing/Promotion” category for “Words of Wisdom for Kick-Ass Women, Volume 3.” With original illustrations by CBD’s senior designer and motivational quotes from 30 women leaders, “Words of Wisdom” proved to be a perfect celebration of CBD Marketing’s 30th anniversary year as a women-owned agency.
