CHICAGO (July 22, 2020) – Sponsored by the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM), the Tempo Awards honor the area’s best and brightest multichannel response marketers and their work driving measurable business results. CADM is the largest independent response marketing organization in the country.

This year, Colman Brohan & Davis, Inc. (CBD Marketing) won First Place awards for the Whirlpool Corporation's CRM Email program in two categories: Best CRM Program and Best Email Program. The agency developed both programs and has managed them for the last three years.

The winning entries were based on results for 2019, including:

  • Near doubling of the CRM database
  • Delivering thousands of new, qualified leads to the sales team
  • Substantial YOY increases in email open rates, click-through rates, and views of key pages on WhirlpoolPro.com
