CHICAGO (September 27, 2021) – The critical role of content in student acquisition and enrollment strategies is the subject of a new presentation by Colman Brohan & Davis, Inc. (CBD Marketing) and Herzing University at the Higher Education Social Media Strategies Summit, Oct. 18-21. Bob Musinski, CBD’s SVP for PR, Social Media and Content Marketing, and Celia Ffrench, VP for Program Marketing Strategy at Herzing University, will co-present “The Strategic Imperative of a Content Eco-System in Higher Ed Marketing.”
The presentation covers how Herzing University—a private non-profit based in the Milwaukee area with 10 campuses across seven states—has successfully engaged with students via a content ecosystem of multiple digital channels: social media, blog, email marketing and more. Using a case study framework, Musinski and Ffrench will explore the student journey from inquiry to enrollment, focusing on adult learners.
They’ll discuss how a strategic content approach is vital to nurturing interest at all points along that continuum—from getting the attention of a prospective student and starting a conversation all the way to incenting application and registration.
The virtual conference has live presentations as well as on-demand sessions. Speakers are marketing, social media and content leaders representing top public and private universities, including Harvard, Yale, USC, Clemson, Bucknell, Penn State, Texas A&M, Ohio State, Gonzaga and many more.
