CHICAGO (January 6, 2020) –The Milwaukee Chapter of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) has tapped Colman Brohan & Davis, Inc.’s (CBD Marketing) Bob Musinski as the featured speaker for its February 13, 2020 program. Musinski is VP for Public Relations, Social Media and Content Marketing.
His topic is “Online Listening – What Is It and How It Can Inform Your Marketing.”
Musinski will define what online listening entails and how it works, review the relevant software tools available and discuss several case studies of how online listening is being used to influence marketing decision-making.
“Most people equate online listening with social media listening, but they are very different,” notes Musinski. “While online listening does include data points coming from social media platforms, it goes way beyond—to incorporate news items, forums, reviews, blogs and many other forms of online, public content.
